Descriptions
※ Boiling drier is also called as fluidize-bed. It consists of air filter, heater, fluidized-bed main machine feeder, cyclone sepeartor, cloth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan and operation table. Bacause the properties of raw material exist difference, when equip the dust removing equipment, it should consider the practical need. It can select cyclone separator and cloth bag duster at the same time or one of them. In general speaking, it needs to select cyclone seperator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw materials that is light in specific gravity. Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for seletion.
Principle
※ The clean and hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate. The humidity raw material fed from the feeder form the boiling state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materials, the time of drying is shoted. The air enters from front of bed, boiling in bed several minutes, and float from other of bed. The machine works in negative pressure.

※ Automatic production can be realized. It is continuous drying equipment. Its features are quick in drying speed , low in drying temperature. It can guarantee the quality of products and is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
Notes to installation
※ The equipment should be laid down level and fixed with anchor bolt. The seal of each part should be good.
Application
※ Drying operation of medicines, chemical raw material, foodstuff, grain processing, feed and so on. For example, raw medicine, tablet, chinese medicine, foodstuff of health protection, drinking, feed, resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material will be 0.1-6mm. The best diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
